Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Monitors compliance with laws and regulations

·Analyzes and recommends corrective actions on policy and procedure

·Assesses compliance with established record keeping standards.

·Evaluates and interprets collected data and assists faculty members on report writing, gives appropriate recommendations.

·Coordinate internal auditing processes: performing and reviewing both hard copy and electronic records to support the assessments.

·Works with Program Directors or Program Leader to develop Quality Improvement Plans and systems for IQA and produce associated reports

·Leads or participates in workgroups to improve educational quality or process

·Plans and provides training on relevant topics to faculties and staff

·Develops forms and procedures to track and compile information and apply appropriate data analysis techniques to maintain for tracking statistics

·Stays abreast of new regulations in the field of Quality Assurance, recommends new policies and revise existing policies / procedures for compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

·Consultsregarding case/issue specific quality assurance question

·Attend staff meeting and training as required.

·Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
